GAMMADOL is a combination of ketorolac and Tramadol. It is an analgesic that is indicated for the short-term treatment of moderate to severe acute pain (dorsalgia, fractures, dislocations, sequences, cancer), for the treatment of post-operative pain, for the treatment of dental pain, for the treatment of migraine and migraine-like headaches, and the treatment of neuropathic pain. In addition to the applications described in this treatment manual, gammadol will also be utilized for various other tasks.

• Patients taking this medication are obligated to inform their physicians about any problems that may arise from taking it and any unusual adverse effects, signs, or severe negative effects.

1. Pain Ranging from Moderate to Severe Immediate Release:
2. Chronic treatment should begin with an oral dose of 25 mg taken first thing in the morning. The amount should then gradually increase by 25-50 mg every three days, up to 50-100 mg taken orally every four to six hours, but should not exceed 400 mg daily.
3. Acute: 50-100 mg oral dose every four to six hours as needed; no more than 400 mg per day allowed
4. Dose with Extended Absorption Time the initial dose of one hundred milligrams taken orally once daily; subsequent increases of one hundred milligrams per day every five days; a maximum daily dose of three hundred milligrams

Alternating between an immediate and extended launch: The total daily dose is rounded to the nearest hundred mg increment.
