Refund & Return Policy

Overview

Acute Pharmacy ® has a 60-day return and refund policy. We are unable to offer a complete refund or exchange if 60 days have passed since your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be brand-new and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Certain products cannot be returned. Food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines cannot be returned. Furthermore, we do not accept anything private or sanitary, dangerous substances, or flammable liquids or gases.

Among other things that cannot be returned are


gifts of products that can be downloaded
a few health and beauty items

To complete your return, we’ll require a receipt or other proof of purchase.

Your purchase cannot be returned, please.

The following scenarios only qualify for partial reimbursements:

A CD, DVD, VHS tape, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record with clear signs of use
anything that, due to circumstances other than our error, is broken or missing parts.
Almost everything returned in compliance with our return policy after more than 60 days from the date of delivery.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will notify you through email. We’ll also let you know if your refund was accepted or denied.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within the timeframe provided in the returns policy.

Refunds that are late or absent

Check your bank account if you haven’t gotten your return yet.

Contact your credit card company next; your refund may take some time to appear.

Then call your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done everything else and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at the email address listed above.

Sale items
Only standard-priced items are eligible for reimbursement. Items on sale are not refundable.

Exchanges

Only damaged or defective items are exchanged. Please send us an email at the following address if you need to exchange it for the identical item, and send your package to the following address: physical location.

Gifts

If you received the item as a gift and it was delivered to you, you will be awarded a gift credit for the price of your return. You will be given a gift certificate once the returned item has been received.

We will refund the gift giver and notify them of your return if the item was not specified as a gift when purchased or the gift donor had the items shipped to them to give to you later.

Shipping returns

To return your item, send it to: physical address.

When returning your items, you will be liable for your own postage costs. Shipping costs are not refundable. The cost of return postage will be deducted from your refund if you receive one.

Depending on where you reside, the time it takes for your returned merchandise to reach you will vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you should think about using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipment insurance. We cannot guarantee that your returned item will be received.
