Product Information:

Profhilo is a highly purified injectable hyaluronic acid (HA) treatment designed to hydrate, tighten, and improve skin quality. Unlike dermal fillers, it does not add volume but spreads under the skin to stimulate collagen and elastin production.

• Used for face, neck, décolletage, hands, and other areas showing skin laxity

• Improves hydration, firmness, and overall skin texture

• Contains low- and high-molecular-weight HA for gradual remodeling

• Results typically last 6–12 months, depending on metabolism and area treated

How to Take:

• Only a trained clinician should administer Profhilo.

• Injected using a “Bio Aesthetic Points” (BAP) technique, which involves 5 specific injection points per side of the face for optimal spread.

• Administered intradermally (into the superficial layers of skin) using a fine needle.

• No immediate volumizing effect; results appear gradually as skin tightens and hydrates over weeks.

Dosage:

• Typical dosage: 0.2 mL per injection point, 5 points per side of the face (total 1 mL per side)

• Standard treatment course: 2 sessions, 4 weeks apart

• Maintenance: once every 6–12 months, depending on results and skin condition

• Clinicians may adjust the number of points or dose based on the treatment area

Warning:

• Do not use if you:

  • Are allergic to hyaluronic acid or any component of Profhilo

  • Have active skin infections, inflammation, or acne at injection sites

  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding (safety not established)

• Avoid areas with open wounds or severe dermatitis

• Use caution in patients on blood thinners, as bruising may occur

• Rare risk of infection or localized inflammation

Side Effects:

• Redness

• Swelling

• Tenderness or mild pain

• Bruising

• Small bumps at injection sites (usually resolve within days)
