RHA‑2 (Resilient Hyaluronic Acid‑2) is a dermal filler made from a form of hyaluronic acid—a substance naturally found in your body that helps keep skin firm and hydrated. It’s formulated to be flexible so it moves with your facial expressions and gives a more natural look compared with traditional, stiffer fillers.

Uses:

RHA‑2 is injected into the skin by a licensed medical professional to:

• Smooth moderate dynamic wrinkles and folds (especially nasolabial folds — between nose and mouth).

• Restore volume and support facial contours. 

• Enhance lips 

• Treat other areas with moderate facial lines (cheeks, under‑eyes) when clinically appropriate. 

The effects are temporary, lasting around 6–12+ months before the body gradually absorbs the gel. 

How It’s Given:

• RHA‑2 is injected with a fine needle into specific areas of the face.

• It contains a small amount of lidocaine, a local anesthetic, to reduce discomfort during injection. 

• The exact amount and placement is determined by your practitioner based on your facial anatomy and goals. 

• The procedure generally takes 15–30 minutes and has minimal downtime. 

Warnings:

RHA‑2 should only be injected by qualified healthcare professionals.

Do NOT use with RHA‑2 if you:

• Have a history of severe allergies or anaphylaxis.

• Are allergic to hyaluronic acid, lidocaine, or related ingredients.

• Have bleeding disorders or are taking blood‑thinning medications without medical guidance. 

• Have active skin infections or inflammation at the injection site. 

• Are pregnant or breastfeeding 

Side Effects:

Most are mild and temporary (resolve in days to a couple of weeks):

• Swelling, redness, tenderness at injection site

• Bruising 

• Pain or firmness 
  

• Itching or lumps
