Vardenafil (Levitra)

Vardenafil is a PDE-5 inhibitor used for the treatment of erectile dysfunction. Its onset and duration are similar to some other ED medications; it’s intended to be taken as needed prior to sexual activity. Vardenafil should not be used with nitrates or certain other medications because of risk for dangerous blood pressure drops.

Common mild side effects include headache, flushing, nasal congestion, and indigestion. Always confirm suitability with your prescribing clinician and discuss any heart or medication history before starting vardenafil.
