Product Information:

• Type of medication: Dupixent is a monoclonal antibody biologic.

• Uses: It’s prescribed for conditions caused by allergic inflammation, including:

  • Moderate-to-severe eczema (atopic dermatitis)

  • Asthma

  • Chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps

• How it works: Blocks specific proteins (IL-4 and IL-13) involved in inflammation, helping reduce symptoms like itching, swelling, and airway irritation.

How It’s Taken:

• Form: Subcutaneous injection (under the skin).

• Schedule: Often:

  • Initial dose: Two injections at once

  • Then: One injection every 2 weeks

• Administration: Can be given at home after training by a healthcare provider.

• Important: Follow your prescribed schedule exactly. Do not skip doses.

Warnings:
